The Culinary Conservatory is a group of restaurant professionals based in New York City. We are chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists, who offer an experience of artistically designed tasting menus with handcrafted cocktail and customized wine pairings. Our specialties are intimate dinner parties and special events. Our services bring the restaurant experience of wine, cocktails, and the culinary arts to your home.
We take a natural approach to cooking food expressed with simplicity and goodness. Our tasting menus focus on seasonal ingredients produced by organic farms in New York and surrounding states. The Culinary Conservatory is committed to the support of our local farming communities and sustainable farming practices.
Our china and glassware are comprised of vintage collections from the early 1900’s, most found in New York. This antique equipment brings a quintessential feel of classic charm to any event.
Cocktails
The Culinary Conservatory offers cocktail pairings exploring both classic and contemporary mixology. These unique cocktails are specially designed for pairing with our tasting menus, bringing food and drink together in an effort to experience subtle complexities of compliment and contrast.
Wine Programs
The Culinary Conservatory offers wine pairings for the novice to the serious collector. With our team of sommeliers we can explore the whole world or one small region.
For the novice seeking a greater understanding of specified areas of wine, we offer tasting menus with customized wine programs tailored to any interest.
For those seeking a professional forum and staff to host an in-depth tasting, our sommelier team has the experience to find most wines of interest and to handle any treasured collection.
